CrossFIT
Our CrossFit Classes are a mixture of Body Weight Exercises, Weightlifting & Gymnastics, with each movement having an adaptation that is transferable to everyday life.

OPEN GYM
Open Gym is a chance to practice any specific or individual requirements in your own time. Open Gym is not a coached session however a coach will be on hand for any advice or guidance needed.

Our Barbell classes derive from the sports of Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting.
Technique is the main focus of these sessions, to ensure safe and effective movement, gradually building the Strength & Power needed to perform the desired lift.

TEAM WOD
Team WOD is a chance to take on a workout as a pair, or in a small team. Working hard for each other to get the job done perfectly demonstrates our community values.
